Judge Donnie B. Blackley
Judge
Blackley is a native of Spartanburg County. He graduated from
Boiling Springs High School in 1971. He graduated from Spartanburg
Technical College in 1978, and received a B.S. degree in business
management from Limestone College in 1981. Judge Blackley
served in the U.S. Army from 1974 - 1976.
Judge Blackley was first appointed a summary court judge in June, 1995, and works part-time in that position. He has been an engineer with Duke Power Company since 1976.
Judge Blackley is married to Jean Perkins Blackley. His hobbies include reading, fishing, and cooking. He is a member of New Bedford Baptist Church in Inman, S.C., where he serves as a trustee and assistant church secretary.
